First of all, being loaded with antioxidants, it is an excellent protector of all the cells in your body, preventing them from oxidization and deterioration, then we shall list up underneath some of their other properties:
- They can maintain healthy bones– Blueberries contain iron, phosphorous, calcium, magnesium, manganese, zinc, and vitamin K. Each of these is a component of your bone structure. Adequate intake of these minerals and vitamins contributes to building and maintaining bone structure and health.Iron and zinc fulfill crucial roles in maintaining the strength and elasticity of bones and joints.Low intakes of vitamin K have been linked to a higher risk of bone fracture. However, adequate vitamin K intake improves calcium absorption and may reduce calcium loss.

Dosering og anbefalingar
There really is no danger of taking too much of this formula, but a general dosage of about 3 grams(3 measuring spoons) a day should suffice for most people. It can be consumed any time in the day, and it’s particularly delicious as an after dinner tonic, taken with a little lime juice and honey(warm water around 35-40 degrees celcius). Do not use boiling or hot water as this will destroy many vital nutrients. It can also easily be mixed in cold water by using a shaker.
