Being put together by three carefully selected herbs; namely Tongkat Ali, ‘Gokshura’- better known as Tribulus Terrestries, and Cistanche Tubulosa- mixed at the exact right proportions for optimum benefits. All of these herbs are widely known and well researched for their properties of enhancing your sexual performance- if you’re a man or a woman; it works just as well for both. They are also known for their rejuvenating effects on your whole body.

Tongkat Ali, probably the best known and thorougly researched amongst them, you can read about in detail right here, Cistanche you can read about here, and ‘Gokshura’ is an ancient herb mentioned numerous places in Ayur Vedic texts; prescribed against ED, low sexual drive and generally as a superb tonic for the sexual organs of both male and female. It is even widely used by natural bodybuilders for it’s muscle building properties. It’s sexual properties are very well documented in both ancient and modern texts.

According to the ‘Charaka Samhita’ it is ‘tri-doshic’; meaning it balances all three ‘doshas’ or humors of the body- Kapha, Pitta and Vata.

Dosage & recommendations

About 2 grams a day is perfect. Preferably taken with warm(35-40 degrees Celsius) water in the morning before any food. If you then manage to wait at least a few hours before you eat, that will increase the effect of the herbs. About intermittent fasting and it’s benefits there are extensive research done, but I shall not go into it here.

It is advisable to cycle the extract on a 5 days on, 2 days off cycle, as anything your body get’s too accustomed to loses part of it’s effect. Remember also that everything is a synergy, so make sure you gain proper nutrition generally, and good sleep as well.
