Nowadays you will struggle to find anyone with a real, muscular and well defined physique that has not used any artificial means to reach it, i.e steroids etc. More so, it doesn’t matter how big your biceps are unless you actually have the power to back it up. The exercises you will find in here are all put together to gain you real life strength, directly applicable to your daily life. Especially developed with martial artists in mind, but absolutely not limited to that. There is a lot of focus on grip strength and forearm power, also on core strength; and these are the no.1 factors that defines your real strength. Having big, strong biceps, or pushing 150 kg in bench press is of no use unless you have the grip and the core to support it all the way through. Anyone who wonders if I can back up what I say is welcome to look through my Instagram feed(link right up there in the menu). Let it also be added that I have never touched any artificial drugs, steroids and so on to achieve my results. The right training, completed by the proper nutrition is what it takes.
